Do you provide a preview of the artwork?

Yes, we do! You will receive a preview for your approval within two business days. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are thrilled with the final artwork.

Please review the preview carefully, as any requested changes must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving it. After this period, we will proceed with printing.

Do you only make portraits of cats and dogs?

While many of our portraits are of cats and dogs, we can create a beautiful artwork of any animal you hold dear. And, we also make lovely human portraits, too!

How do I choose the best photo for my custom portrait?

The best photos have a few simple things in common:

Clear & Sharp: A high-resolution photo where we can see details like individual hairs or whiskers.

Good Lighting: Natural, even light (like outdoors on a cloudy day or near a window) is perfect. Avoid strong shadows or flashes that can wash out details.

Eyes in Focus: We love to capture your pet's personality, so a photo where their eyes are sharp and clear is ideal.

Clear View: A clear shot of your pet with nothing obstructing their face or body (like toys, hands, or leashes) is best.

Can I request a specific color, or background for my portrait?

Yes, definitely! Please include all your preferences for colors, backgrounds, and other details in the personalization text box during checkout.

The dimensions are listed in inches and centimeters. What will be the size of my artwork?

The measurement unit (inches or centimeters) depends on your item and location:

Unframed Prints: Sized in inches if shipped from the US or Australia; centimeters for all other global facilities.
Framed Prints: Always sized in inches.
